What does owner advertising cost?
The introductory rate is $49 per property for the first 12 months, then $99 for each additional year. Renew from your dashboard; your card is not charged automatically.
How do I list my property?
Create your own owner account, add property details and photos, and save your listing. Once payments are available, activate your annual advertising from the owner dashboard. A complete paid listing publishes immediately without admin approval.
Can I edit or pause my listing?
Yes. Sign in to your owner dashboard to update your details, photos, rate, offers, and blocked dates. You can pause a published listing when you do not want new inquiries.
How do I manage availability and offers?
Add blocked date ranges in the listing editor and keep them current. Use the special-offer field for offer details; include the word “cancellation” for a cancellation opening. Calendar imports and synchronization are not available yet.
Where do I receive messages?
Inquiries and replies are stored in your account’s inbox. Sign in to read and respond to conversations. Email and text notifications are not enabled yet.
Are owners and properties verified?
Listings are self-published. Rent Villages Direct does not verify ownership or conduct background checks. Confirm identity, the property, and agreement terms before sending money.
Are sample homes available?
No. Clearly labeled sample homes illustrate the directory and cannot receive rental inquiries. You can turn off sample homes in the rental filters.
