A direct-to-owner directory

Rent Villages Direct provides listings and inquiry tools. It collects annual property advertising fees. It does not collect rent or deposits, process rental bookings, act as a rental agent, or guarantee property ownership, accuracy, availability, or guest eligibility.

Owner responsibilities

Owners must have authority to advertise each property and use its images, keep details and blocked dates accurate, and handle rental agreements, deposits, taxes, and applicable obligations directly.

Guest responsibilities

Confirm owner identity, property details, final pricing, lease and cancellation terms, and community access before making commitments. An accepted inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

Community standards

Use accurate information and communicate respectfully. Listings publish without prior approval. The administrator can pause listings or disable accounts that violate these terms. Sample homes are illustrative and are not rental offers.
